After working at all levels of care for Eating Disorders, including inpatient, residential and outpatient she began her group practice, Williams Therapy and Coaching. Currently they specialize in Eating Disorders, Women’s Issues, Infertility, Body Image, Anxiety, Depression, LGBTQ+ community, LGBTQ+ and eating disorders, trauma (EMDR), and faith transitions
Since being EMDR trained, Sydney has used this tool to aid her clients in finding recovery and healing from their past trauma that has contributed to their eating disorder.
